favourite game so far on the PS3

There hasn't been that many so far but is there a clear favourite yet. Mine is Overlord but then I love games that are different and a bit daft. I would guess GTA 4 would be in it somewhere but I was really disappointed in it and preferred San Andreas.
So is there a clear favourite or best game so far?

I personally do not own a Playstation 3,but my brother does,and he loves it with a passion and he is always playing it,right now he has two favorite games on it one of them which is Metal Gear Solid 4 is the main reason he got his Playstation 3 in the first place,and the other is Assassins Creed which he said is a lot of fun if you like stealth killing games.

I was a bit disappointed in Assasins creed as the actual main assasinataions aren't stealth like at all. Metal Gear Solid 4 is amazing and there is nothing like it. I just wish the cut scens were shorter.

I am sorry that you were disappointed in Assassins Creed and it does sound a little disappointing,and I am glad that you like Metal Gear Solid 4,and it does seem like an awesome game,and I have noticed from all the Metal Gear games that the cut scenes are too long,and it would be nice if they shortened them,have a great day,good luck in your life,and Happy Posting.

metal gear solid 4 is definatly the best buy far, there is not one bad thing about the game, wheras assasins creed gets abit boring after a while cos the missions are just so similar. Grand turismo 5 is a good game aswell if you enjoy racing games.

I was a bit disappointed in GTA IV. I didn't think it was as good a game as San Andreas but it does look good on the PS3.

The resolution is great although only Metal gear solid 4 seems to have taken full advantage of it so far. There may be other games I just haven't been able to afford many yet.
Assasin's Creed is okay but repetitive. I just wish the developers had put more thought into the missions in it as there is so much under developed potential in the game.

I'm a Call Of Duty kind of girl! So I'm going to have to say MW3. That or Saints Row 3. GTA was good but once I finished it, I didn't bother playing it anymore like I usually would.
