Myspacetoearn (PTC website) a Scam?

I am a member of Myspacetoearn, A Paid to Click (PTC) website for slightly over a month. Initially, i was very pleased with this PTC website as they have all the plus signs of being a trusted and good website due to the following: 1. A trusted admin who is well known in the PTC community. 2. A clean interface that does not look like a carbon copy of every other sites out there. 3. Fast server, ads loads fast, and there are no popups when we click on the ads. However... For the past 3 days or so, the advertisements had not been reloaded and there seems to be no activity at all. A search on its forum shown that the admin had gone missing in action. The whole forum is abuzzed with talks of this PTC being a scam, and it had even made it into the confirmed scam list. What is going on here? Is it a scam or is it not? Is there anybody else who has an answer to this? I guess time will prove everything. Scam or trusted site?
