Apple laptops are really something and which are worth viewing. The style the finish the looks its just incredible and so the performance.I have heard about Apple laptops a lot and everytime it's his praise and never heard an insult of it. What do you think about Apple laptops? Do you have ever encountered with any problem using Apple laptops? Aren't they the best laptops till ,date keeping price not in mind,? What you say? This is a topic for discussion and comments. And if anyone has any prior experience with Apple laptops then please share. ThankYou. Jesse.

I think Apple is not the best in terms of price vs performance, because you can get PC laptops that are faster and cheaper. But if you like the OS, thats the way to go. And i havent had a Apple laptop, but I had a Apple desktop, and it did sometimes freeze and crash, just as often as my PC, depending on what you run. I was using videoediting programs and sound editing programs, and the instant messenger Adium or something, they all crashed before.

I know custom PC's are better when comes to price vs performance but still we dont get those looks we get in brands. But still. Apple desktop well I rate them less coz I have heard that their laptops are better. Besides by the time Dell has takenover the computer industry I'm prefering Dell as desktop. They are good. and quite reliable. Thanks for discussion. Jesse.

I'd actually quite like an Apple laptop, but then I'm the sort who would sit in Starbucks pretentiously tapping away at my novel, and that seems to be one of the major demographics Apple go for. Till I can afford the rather crippling cost of one though, I'll have to make do with my rather snazzy leather-bound Psion 7 subnotebook, which looks just as pretentious but slightly more obscure, especially here in the US. Or my Dell, which pretty much does the same things an Apple does, only with more software available.

Dell that's the name of the game in today's Computer producing industry. They are also working on looks. So might someday we won't be remembering apple for looks. Dell is not expensive as Apple is.I like DELL too. Thanks for discussing. Jesse.

I think Apple is too expensive for its performance value. It can perform just as well as, or better than others, but that really all depends on the specs of the system. Apple stuff really DO look pretty though. But for me, that's about it. And if it's just for the looks, I'm not really going to pay that much extra.

Last year, a good friend of mine gave me a MacBook as a Christmas present. I was extremely excited at first, as many have told me about the great things apple computers can do. However, 3 months later, the laptop was abandoned to a corner of my office, as it just couldn't keep up to my daily tasks. I am a programmer, and the Mac OS X installed was very, very developer unfriendly. This, along with the many software and compatibility issues that arose, told me it was time to go back to the Linux community. I agree that the actual laptop was of high quality. However, even with Bootcamp, the Mac OS was just too unsatisfactory for me.

I absolutely love my apple laptop. I started using a Mac platform on the job as a prepress operator, and fell in love with it. before leaving my job, I puchased an Apple laptop, so that I could work at home part time, and to this day it is still my favorite. Wonderful performance, haven't had any problems with viruses, or freeze ups. It is a wonderful product and well worth the extra expense of purchasing.
