If It Looks Like A Duck, Walks Like A Duck, Quacks Like a Duck--It Must Be Obama

BHO has turned his political campaign in a totally different direction! With the assumption that no one can possibly beat the "chosen one" he is now acting as if he were already the president! Although he may be doing this for several reasons (one of which would be to hide his absolute lack of experience)it just could have a backfire effect! Consider the following article: http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/07/obama_the_understudy.html

Not that there is anything wrong with it, but you sound like a republican therefore anything Obama says or does will be wrong. My question to you is, what can McCain do for this country that his cohort GWB has'nt already done. We need a change and black, white,or purple Obama is about change here in this country first.

What Change? I don't want to hear the word "change" over and over again until I get a description of what change needs to take place. I'm not saying things are fine with USA at the current moment, but what we need is REAL change. If change means just talking vaguely about next to nothing then I have changed the world many times.

Ibwise, Change? Hmmm..I don't really know what that is because he (obama) always stops short of telling what the change might be but I can think of a few I would rather not see! Change is not ALWAYS good! If you get fired and have to find another job, that is change! Is it good? Of course not, but still it is change! If we provide healthcare for 47 million Americans on the backs of taxpayers (12 million of those are not even citizens)and we totally destroy the best medical care system in the world, that would be change and it would be change EVERYONE could live without, even the uninsured! Heck, anyone who is not insured knows if you get sick you can go to the emergency room and get care and medicaid takes care of your bill! It's not like these 47 million don't have any recourse!

Well Rodney he is the Messiah, and Europe loves him so why would not he win this election. Oh wait a minute I forgot I was talking about the most hoity toity politician we have seen run for President. Obama's supercilious attitude of is fellow American coupled with a hubristic idea that he cannot lose will be his down fall. No one is the chosen one, America is not Europe, even though Obama wishes it was. One last thing American for the most part do not care what Europe think about our leaders.

Good article. You know, it is one thing to fake it... but quite another thing entirely to actually be in the position of having to actually know what you are doing. Obama is faking that which he has no knowledge of and no experience with, and if he is elected America will be the worse for it.

I take heart in the fact that not all of the youth of america has fallen for the smimmering glory the young senator portrays. My 17 year old daughter, who is a self decribed confirmed liberal and very much so, believes this man to be the antichrist. Not nessesarily litteraly but she compairs the reaction of people to him and how he portrayes himself to the descriptions of such. She is pagan, not christian by the way. She tells me that many of her friends in highschool though liberal in their views are abjectly terrified of this man, and not because they have been brain washed by some right wing conspiricy, but because many young people, despite the stereotypes, are informing themselves, watch this man in action and cannot believe his arrogence. They are also questioning exactly what "change" he brings. My daughter will sit there durring his speaches screaming at the tv, "change what?!?!.....HOW?!?!?!!!". They ask questions, questions he has not answered and that troubles them. This is not my conservative views talking, this is out of the mouths of the kids themselves. Despite what some people believe, kids today are pretty observant and are truly intersted in being part of the political proccess in an intelligant way.

Xfahctor, Great post, and great to hear some young folks have and use their brains! I am terribly afraid that this may be the exception instead of the rule. I have seen many young, first-time voters being taken in by Obama's "pied-piper" aura and it makes me really wonder about our country's future years down the line!

I don't get why the man thinks he can act he's the president? I have not yet heard much from him in terms of what he is actually going to do. :/
