Red Sox Nation, what do you think about this trade? Is it good for the Sox or bad?i am still in shock. I thought Manny would stay in Boston. I am happy that he is a Dodger because I am a Dodger fan too. What do you think?Are you happy or sad?

I am sure the Red Sox did the right thing moving Manny. But come Playoff time I think he will be sorely missed. Lets face it although Jason Bey is doing alright now, he doesn't strike the same fear coming to the plate in pitchers that Manny does. But 24-1 vote of the team says it all.

Manny was always one of those players that I hated to love. With all the hits, home runs,and RBI he was a great asset. With all the jogs to first base, the sketchy fielding, and the "Manny being Manny" moments he was ridiculous. Personally I was sick of hearing all the talk every July. Being so used to it I never imagined that it would finally happen. But I'm glad it did. It sucks seeing him produce so well in LA but when the Sox put up 19 runs in one game without him I'm not missing him too much.
I think the Sox will make the playoffs but no matter what the Angels are going to be a tough team to beat. They are on fire.
