What graphics card should I get?

I am building a desktop, and need suggestions for a graphics card. I have a budget of $130, so brand spanking new cards will not work. Also, I don't want "liquid-cooling" cards, as they seem too much of a hassle. I am a casual gamer, which means I'm fine playing at medium quality at a decent fps. That said, I'm leaning towards something along the lines of a GeForce 8 series or above. Thanks in advance for your answers.

I am not an expert at these cards, but I wonder why a brand new card would not fit into your budget. Have you tried NewEgg? http://www.newegg.com/Index.aspx
They seem to have lots of specials all the time, as well as reviews by people that have bought the products.

Thanks fwidman. But, there are loads of cards that won't fit into my budget. Most of the higher end graphics cards are $200+, and even the specials on Newegg won't help me.

If you are willing to go up 50 bucks or so i would get a ATI Radeon HD 4850 really good card for the money
if not i would recommend a 9600gt it is slightly cheaper than an 8800gt and it is debatable which one is better, or a ATI Radeon HD 3870 it is the same price range and out performs the 9600 in some places but is outperformed in others

I have a great suggestion for a card for you. Within your budget on newegg and with rebates you should look for a 8800gt. This is a great card and will be able to play nearly all your games on high. If you are not a big fan of rebates you should check out this card. newegg.com/ Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130332 (Just connect those)
This has 384 mb of ddr3 ram so it will run very fast and with rebate it goes down to 79.99.
