I went to the pharmacy today to get a prescription and they handed me thirteen dollars. They over charged me two months ago and tried to do the same last month but I rejected the medicine and got it at another pharmacy. When I picked up the prescription today they also included the prescription for the one that I rejected last month with no co pay and then handed me the refund. I was so surprised that they did this. I guess complaining helped. Have you ever been given an unexpected refund on something you have bought?

Can't remember but that was nice of that pharmacy to do what they did. Usually an error in somebody elses favor rarely goes public. I guess its their way of telling you they messed up and I'm sure they would like your business back. You should tell the store manager, everybody needs to know they've done something good.

now that is good news for you. i guess the management heard of your story and acted upon what is right. no. not yet. it may be because even if i knew something is not right or i have been stepped upon i still keep quiet or dd'nt react or complain about the matter to avoid confrontations and hassle. so much about peace loving. but i do salute you for having the courage to return the product to let them know that you are aware of their doings or over pricing!

I was mad when they charged me full price for the medicine. I know it is not that bad but still I can get it at Walmart for $4 instead of $13.84. While with the coverage I only normally pay $1. I do not have much money to waste and this just bothered me that they would over charge me. I think that the only reason why I got the refund is that I have made friends with one of the Pharmacy Techs. I had told three other techs that it should have been covered and the just ignored it. When I told Rachel she called the manager and had him straighten it out.
