Has anyone in here ever passed gas in public on accident?

I do my best not to fart around people. The grandkids are different. I was in the kitchen with my 20 month old grandson. I let one, he looked at me and grinned and said poop. He thought that was funny, I did too.

My guy farts in bed and puts the covers over my face.... is that legal? My eyes water and I feel vomit rise in my throat...maybe it's time for a new guy, or do they all do that to the ones they love?

Farting is a natural phenomenon as when the food is not digested properly and then the intestines are filled with the air pressure and gas which is emitted from the stomach after the reaction of HCL and peptic acid generated in the stomach to digest the food. Then this air gets clogged in the intestines and through them it goes out as fart. It produces sound if the gas has some high pressure but if it is tried to release as slow as possible some foul smell might accompany it. Passing gas in the public becomes very erratic as it disturbs others. If you go for a morning walk and drink lots of water then you will not have this problem. Farting is a sign of bad stomach and thus bad digestion.

OMG your story is too much! LOL Actually, when I was in 8th or 9th grade, I had a cold. And with this cold, came a really bad cough.. now and then I would get this awful coughing fit. Well, I was sitting in class, when all of a sudden I had to cough. And with the coughing came several farts. (Or "toots", as my husband likes to call them). Omg, it was so humiliating! I distinctly remember several of my classmates breaking out into laughter!

Not much better than letting a SBD loose in a crowded store and moving before the smell hits and someone else gets the blame. Or having a little kid pull my index finger but most mothers don't see the humor in it. But we do, don't we guys? And that is all that counts

Oh Brandy that is hysterical, of course if didn't happen to me. Yesterday in church, when it was real quiet during prayer, my 7 month old son yawned loudly and then leaned over and farted really loud followed by a sigh of relief. My 8 year old daughter nearly exploded with laughter....she was 3 rows in front of me!

hahahaha sounds like my kids isn't it funny how they do things like that and don't realize how loud they say things and it always seems to be in the grocery store where everyone can hear.... but to answer your question No I have never passed gas by accident I always know when I'm going to fart so I will try and avoid being near anybody when I need to do it.

I was in a crowded bookstore, shopping during Christmas season. I sneezed and farted at the same time. Within a few seconds, I had the whole aisle to myself!

LOL I think everyone has unless you were just born. lol

My guess is that everybody has at some point in their life..it's a natural body function..albeit an embarrassing one..
