My star rating was down!

yeah it happens to me all the time, my star fluctuates, when i first reached my star, it was blue 10 (95/100) then it goes down to red but it's still 95. then the other day it went up again, 10 (96/100), then last week it went down to 88, then goes up again to 92 then go down again to 90 hahaha.. is it like a roller coaster? lol

It's very normal for that to happen.. haha..My star has always been rising till i hit the perfect 10 and it dropped to 9.. SInce then i'm stuck with 9 till now.. haha =D And once the color of star and rating dropped, it's hard to go bavk to the same color again.. hehe It's either u work extra hard for it, or just ignore about the color of your star..

it may be. some months back the similar cas happened to me. to my horror one day i saw it down to 9 from a 10. next day ot was 7 and then it was 6. i was so hurt here.

Ayessa, please do not worry about your star rating. It keep on fluctuating and mylot people keep on adjusting it every now and then. It hardly matters what is your star rating. The good thing is your star rating, does not effect your total earnings and it also does not effect your friendship with fellow mylotters. Cheer up! Keep your spirits high!

Well, ayessa it does mean that someone has marked you negative. Don't worry, just keep in mind you always respond the best as you can to a discussion. If someone will like your response he/she will surely mark you positive. You shouldn't be bothered about a negative mark so much.

Yeah, usually when your star rating lowers it's because someone's rating you negatively. However, star ratings should only update once per day (I think they have a set hour for this as well), so it shouldn't randomly just go down. Maybe a discussion thread that you posted to (and got many positive ratings on) got deleted? Just a thought. :)

hi mee too,im having my yellow star then i noticed my star became silver, what happened . i think everybody lost i point. but i dont know why

Well,I dont quite know for sure.But I think it is because somebody did rate you negative.But its not bad urs is 9,mines only 6 =D.
