How to deal with hard - headed children

[i]Our neighbor keeps on nagging or shouting
every time she gets angry with her kids.
Her kids are not listening well or remembering
what their mother told them. She keeps on saying
these, how many times did I tell you to do this
and not to do that.
A situation also in school, teachers are complaining
the attitudes of hard - headed children especially the new
generation. Still the teachers are telling many times
to the children to do the good things but they're not
following, instead they keep on practicing the wrong way.[/i]

Before coming to any conclusion we should try to scan the situation, yes i do agree there are difficult kids, but there are ways and means to tackle even most of the difficult kids, Shouting and scolding is always going to make the situation worse. so it is always advisable to keep your cool even when dealing with the difficult kids
