Is firefox better than IE7?

Firefox is the best! and if something wrong is going on with a page that only show its content to IE, then install IE Tab.. An addon that opens a new tab of IE inside Firefox, without opening the other browser.. search for it..

Of course it is betten thant IE7, IE is the worst browser ever created, I am a webmaster and I still have to use IE7 to test my websites.

i'm using firefox and am pretty satisfied with it. i started using firefox few years ago because of the tab browsing, didn't like to have so much IE windows opened. although the IE now is much better than before but i'm still sticking to firefox

firefox is better than ie in many ways... 1. first is the speed and convenience...that is a major thing. ie7 takes 10 seconds to load after the ie window opens.... 2. the second most important part is the addons and pluggins, there are so many great pluggins available i cant believe.. like 'piclens' for image search, refcontrol for controlling refferal links...'web developer' for html n web developmetn and zilions of others.... then there is greasemonkey...using which u can make anysite look like whatever u want too its just awesome... ie is also good but i dont know for what :P

yeah of course. Firefox is better than any other browser now. In IE7, still there are many issues to be corrected.

Most people say Firefox is better.. I personally also use firefox and i think it is better.. except for some things.. in IE7 i also experiences slow speeds and long waiting times, but i almost never had an error message (almost never, from time to time i got some) but in firefox (especially the last one (Firefox3)) i have more errors than in IE7, this is really anoying, but in firefox 2 i didn't have so much errors.. Maybe in the future after some updates both browsers can become better, IE7 will get more speed (u can also get this with some patches) and firefox will be less bugged. Still i prefer Firefox the choice is up to you ^^
