What Is The Best Way To Whiten Teeth at Home?

I've spent so much money on kits and stuff, and they never work. Are there other ways to whiten your teeth at home without spending a ton of money on kits? Any good advice mylotters?

well thats a pretty difficult question on which the entire dentistry sector is actually surviving.............. u may go for monthly or weekly cleanings to a dentist who will make them brightly white without charging like a ton of money!

i got a free sample pack of crest white strips and while i find them hard to use, they did do a good job on my teeth, but you are right, they are hugely expensive! i think the main ingredient of them is like peroxide, can you put that right on your teeth? do you know a dentist that you can ask?

I use a toothpaste called pearl drops that seems to work on my teeth! Als obeverly hills whitening formula :) it works a treat!

just wash your teeth every time after eating,maybe you need to take a toothbrush with you.haha.it is also healthy,but somewhat troublesome.
