How do you end a relationship?

Well this is the toughest thing for me.I dont know how to end a relationship.Its being stretched so long and even both of us want to end it.We dont know how we can stop seeing us?What you would have done in this case?

I simply just tell that what the problem is and that i leave, that what i would do... the only thing you can do is tell them what is going on and that you don't want to be with them anymore.. I would personally just tell them.....
