Hi, Mom, meet my boyfriend...

When you're a mom, there would be a time when your child introduce a boyfriend to you. But what if it's your son who'll bring a guy and tell you that he is his boyfriend/ lover? I had an acquaintance who nearly fainted when this situation happened.

My son is gay and i new it before he told me. If you pay enough attention to your kids they tell you things without speaking. When he finally did come to me I let him do all the talking and i did all the listening. When he was through I gave him a hug and told him that he is my son and i love him not matter what. So now we are closer than ever. But i let him handle it in his own way without advice. That way he did not feel unconfortable.

My son also told me that some of his friends parents put them into the street. I don't understand that LOVE is not a faucet that you can turn off any time you want to. I told him that is not real love and if he ever encountered that in life or love than its not real. GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of the relationship.

That's true. I know of one who was beaten up by his own father because of his being gay. He had a hard time with it. He had to leave home and take up odd jobs. He was not bale to finish university but because of his innate talents, he survived and he's doing well.
