Anybody know anything about affiliatesitex?

I want to join clickbank but from what I gather you need to have a website. This site affiliatesitex says they will give you a free site to place your ads on and states they will not charge you anything. It doesn't sound right to me, something about it just isn't clicking. I'm not looking to get rich just to make some extra for school supplies and such. Is clickbank the way to go or is there something better out there that I DO NOT have to pay to work at?
