i am wondering i it is cool to be retarded, not like messed up retarded, but just saying retarded things, for example; one of my friends in my eyes is retarded, but in all of my friends eyes, he's very cool. he says such retarded things, like wen i asked him where he lives, he replied: "i live in Manitoba" then he started to laugh at himself? can this seriously be cool?

it depends on how old you are if acting like a retard is cool. I mean, there was the MTV show called Jackass where all they did was act retarded and now they're rick and famous. But seriously, the only way to truly be cool is to just be yourself, and if there's people that don't like you, then there's other, better, cooler people that do and you just need to find them.
