Has your iPod crashed already?

Apple is known for having some of the most technoligically advanced products to date. This might be the case but the company still faces several issues with its products, mainly the iPod line. I had my iPod video 30 GB for about a year before it crashed on me. I tried all methods but couldn't fix it. I was wondering if this problem has happened to you, and how you dealt with it. I am planning on getting an iPod classic and was wondering if it would be more reliable than the previous iPods.

I got my ipod nano about a year and a half ago. Since then it has crashed about 4 times. All I had to do was reset my ipod to factory settings and upgrade the firmware (which itunes did automatically after a prompt came up). The last 2 times though i had to reset my ipod.

i got a I_POD and i have had it almost 6 months.. I like it, but it has crashed, but i had to reset it.. when you get one and have problems with it alot of the time the website has tips on fixing it yourself with simple steps to follow. only thing i hate is that after you load your music to it.. if you try to add music you can it will erase it all and you got to add all those songs back on out of your library...
