laptopsearches at the airport have we given up our rights to homeland security?

I have just read the article about searching the laptops at airports, I read where the airport security can sieze your laptop and take it away and see all of your datta. Where is the fourth amendment against unreasonable searches? AlsoI traveled to Trinidad W.I. and found a note in my suitcase that it had been searched. I should have left my scum bag underwear for them to sniff. The gestapo of the Bush administration lives...

I don't think the do a laptop search with out you being present nor do they do it out of fun. They just do it to protect you and also they only do it to suspicious people. Well I won't say that I completely agree that they do a laptop search but if it is for my own protection then perhaps I can be swayed to oblige. Perhaps more people would agree to this if they got some form of compensation for troubling you. LOL
