Give time to eat. Chew your food properly. Eat healthy food.
Give time to breathe. Take deep breathe. Give time to inhale and exhale.
Give time to exercise, do yoga, do pranayam, meditate.
Give time to talk. Pause before you speak.
Give time to keep silence.
Give time to your Parents, Spouse / Partner, siblings, Childrens, Friends.
Give time to serve others.
Give time to bath.
Give time to your hobby.
Give time to brush your teeth.
Give time to rest.
Give time to sleep.
Give time to go to nature.
Give time to walk on green grass.
Give time to see sunrise.
Give time to see sunset.
Give time to yourself.

hey!
well i dont chew my food properly all the time lol i just gulp it down haha
dont healthy food
do breathe
dont exercise
do talk
do be silent
do give time to parent
do serve others
do bathe
do hobby
do brush my teeth
do rest
do sleep
dont go to nature
do walk on grass i guess
dont watch the sunset or rise
do give time to myself

shamzy, do chew food properly, it will be of great help in long run. I know you are quite young. Start taking care of yourself at the earliest. As you are young you may not be seeing sunset or sunrise, that's ok, as I thing you must be nature lover and may be going for walks or trekking or to play.
