Which do you prefer-- Civil wedding or Church wedding?

Which kind of wedding do you prefer? Of course I prefer church wedding, but when we got married, we were not financially stable that's why we have decided to just have the civil wedding. When I ask my hubby when are we going to have the church wedding, he just tells me that it would be expensive and we have to be practical. What we'll spend in the church for one day would help in our daily expenses especially now, we're raising two kids. What do you think?
