We all have them, tell us about yours and lets see a screencap of it. What's your desktop look like? This is mine, notice Amarok and gkrellm in the upper right hand corner, and the nice closeable drawer at the bottom.... So, here's your chance to show off your desktop.... Work safe of course...

Yeah, unfortunately I didn't think of that on posting this, that you can't really post a picture in a respose. I guess people could post their pictures to their profile pages though and just say "Check my profile, it's there!" or something.

Hmmm...I don't think I can attach pictures to comments. :P
Either way, my desktop is actually very plain, so it's not worth seeing. I just have a dark black background (so it's easier on my eyes) with four folders (docs, media, junk, scripts, and archive) on it. I try to keep my desktop as simplistic as possible--I'm not interested in a billion folders lining its edges.
I go through deep cleanings of my desktop often, usually to move objects from my "active" folders into my "archives". The "junk" folder stores my temporary downloads, which I go through and delete every two or three days. "Scripts" are anything ranging from batch scripts to Autohotkey to Greasemonkey scripts.
There, I've sufficiently described my desktop for lack of an image. =P

Awww, shoot, I didn't think of that, I guess they don't want a bunch of threads all clutttered up with pictures attached. That's a very good description, thanks...
