beat friend or many good friends??

I believe that we could have more than one best-friend, what I mean is that while I was living in a different city I had just one best friend but after I move back to Chicago , we don't talk any more. things change I guess. also when you are a teen you have so many friends and then you get married and you practically loose all your friends that is so bad. and now I do have a good friend she's always there when I need her, and the same thing I do with her. we always talk on the phone daily. she's divorced now with two children but has not found the right man yet. I wish she did.

friendship is the Best Ship you will ever have

I have many people that I consider 'friends' but don't really share anything with them. These people, mostly people I work with, are fun to be around but it doesn't go beyond the work day save for the occasional drink after work. I do have one best friend that I know I can call on and share anything I need to share with. Can a person have just one best friend? In my experience, yes. But it is nice to have more than one incase that one is not available!

I believe that there is at least one bestfriend in our life, the only friend who knows our darkest secrets and our deepest feelings. I have many good friends, very close friends and we have been friends since our childhood years. But I only have one bestfriend and she is a girl. Actually she was my first love but she want us to be only friends because she loves someone. She is now married while I am still single. But our friendship is still the same wherein we could share our problems to each others, and helping each other to resolve them.

yeah,i agree with you 100%. our best friend gives us shoulders to cry on,it is so warm and it cant be replaced by other good friends. we can reveal all our happiness and sorrows to our best friend cause s/he will understand our true feelings,we dont have to pretend anything in his/her presence. take care.

I don't think you can share everything with every friend you have. I like that I have a couple friends I can share my deepest self with, and others that don't have to know everything about me. There are different types of friends.
