what is your job?

I am a medical social worker in our hospital here in the philippines. Before I don't understand what it is all about. They are assigning me a job that they even don't taught me how to start it is because it is only the first time the hospital hired a social worker. the job is new to them and being a fresh graduate that time i think is really have even now i still never done things in relation to my work and what is needed. I have a patient right now where until now she was not able to discharge because she cannot pay the bill. She is even abandoned by her family because of this she has a pending bill an that it made my heartaches. my job is not that easy. how aout you?
