Why this happened all the time in Mylot

If your post count went down it has to be because some discussions were deleted. That could have been because a responder broke the rules, not necessarily you. I have never seen any of your discussions that would be considered in violation of the rules. If your star went down it is probably because of some users rating a minus. Unless losing the posts caused the point difference since you were on the edge at 95/100. I think some users (gremlins) are doing this randomly out of jealousy just to be mean. A lot of us go up and down for no apparent reason. I rated you positive on this one, so hope it helps a little. Blessings

it happens many time that it is really hard to know why it was deleted. i have foundf myu own deleted few times. but many times posts are reduced as the discxussions i answered got deleted

Hi alkurishy. It's unfortunate, but it happens to all of us at one time or another. Some discussions can be deleted even though there was nothing wrong with what you posted. Sometimes, all it takes is another member posting a referral link to your discussion for it to be deleted. About a month ago, I did a discussion about why your earnings or discussion counts may go down and included a link to the post where MyLot made an official announcement about it. It was a very old post that I'm sure many members would have had a hard time finding, so I tried to make it easier to find for newer members. Hello! This is a pretty common thing here in myLot. It is not because YOUR post has breaked any rules at all. It might just happen that you answer to a discussion that is against the rule. Therefore, the entire discussion is deleted, along with all the posts that people made. So, you lose your money in there. Don't worry, it is usually a matter of one or two posts, you can easily respond to another two. And you can't really know what discussions will be deleted, so I guess that there is not a 100% sure way to avoid it. Now, about the star, I doubt it has anything to do with your posts being deleted. I think that it's just because people have rated you negatively. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

i dont know why, my star went down recently and as far as i know i did nothing wrong, even had my earnings decreased at some point too.. it kinda annoys me because i also got a best response again, but that don't alter my star.. takes 1 person to give negative i presume and rating oges down, dont best response have any affect as i maybe i think have over 20 now -___- was like kick in teeth to me, to think someone gave me negative for unknown reason..As far as i know i not upset anyone or break any rules, the rules are not that difficult to follow. You know me.. i am not rude person to anyone so really not know why my rating would go down and just cant get it back up now.. I think if a post gets deleted or earnings go down, i think it would be good if mylot at least gave us reason as to why, so we know, so not do again..

Sometimes posts disappear because they are against the MyLot terms of services, and they have only recently discovered these discussions (with thousands posts a day, how can they discover them instantly?) Star raitings go down because of stupid people who give negative raitings.

I am sorry to know that I dont know why exactly the discussions were deleted but the ratings were reduced because of negative rating, I have experienced the same thing before, if any one gives you a negative rating our rating will come down, I hate people doing this. It is better if you can read the guidelines of Mylot to know why the discussions were deleted, it will be better idea for Mylot to inform us and then delete the discussion, I understand how you might have felt , I felt sad when my rating was gone down. It happens sometime and happened to me too. See, last year my rating from *gasps* 9 to 7 in just one short day over a particular issue that I didn't agree with. So, about the rating, when someone gives you a negative rating your ratings go down and when you get a positive rating your star goes up ^_^. I think we're done with the rating thing? Ok, now about the posts, since mylot is a big place and we have thousands of new members everyday plus we also get like a hundred thousand posts everyday, it becomes a mess for mylot to keep it there so what they do is, to remove the server load, older discussions are deleted off. That's about it! Hope I answered your questions in a short simple way :) ^_^

Hey my friend, they have given all the possible reasons that could happened, and I believe you its not your fault, somebody else violated it which cause the discussion to be deleted. You're actually lucky to have lost just 2 points others are much worst but let just bury these in the sand and just continue enjoying doing what we're good at. Have a nice time.

Maybe your posts violated some of Mylot's terms? No idea another than that.. Your ratings are affected when somebody gives you a vote. If 10 people give you a negative vote, it'll go down. And this depends on the quality of posts. Don't worry, ratings don't affect your points or earnings in any way. :)

You are not the first and nor will you be the last one that this has happened to. It has happened to me a number of times and it was nice to know that some discussions were deleted. This shows that someone is watching out. What a boring thing it would be if everything was within boundaries.

Hi alkurishy, I am sorry that happened to you, you and me both last night I warked so hard responding and I reached 1350 I got very tired so I looged of and went bed but when i logged today I found only 1346 so what has happened? someone has deleted our post because they didn't like it I supposed. It happens many time on mylot, I also could not understand why all it happen and when you will try to get some reply from mylot you will get nothing.

It's not new here in mylot. I myself, experience such thing. It was not a post but a whole discussion and I don't have any idea why they delete it and I was not informed. Maybe, I broke their laws and regulation. But, I always re-think I didn't break any.

I know my friend it seems that posts get deleted a lot without much explanation and the only thing I can say is that either you violated the guidelines and your posts got deleted or you responded to someone who violated the guidelines so their discussion got deleted and so did your post,and the reason you went down in rating is probably because of all the trolls who like to rate people negative for no reason other than to be mean.

this is one thing a lot of members are asking, why were their posts were deleted? and most of them wants to know if mylot can give explanation on how or why it was deleted. sorry to hear that my friend. but it happens to most of us here. though we know that we never broke any rules, there maybe some that spoils our happiness here. maybe there are some bad members who posts something that violates the rule and our posts were affected. This may be the mistake of updatement I hope you will get the post and hope you haven't break the law. Some time while updating the site this error may occur so it better to consult to the admin to mylot.

As per the terms and condition of My lot if their is any violation of any rules they will be deleting it.may be unknowingly you may have done that or may be you were very short in some discussion that is why it is deleted.
