its been a whole day that I keep on logging into my account.I try to recover my password but it says that they did not recognize my email address..
is my account hacked or what? or a maintenance problem hope so..
If my account was not recognize in their system,what does that mean.

Two months ago I also faced the same problem. I had send them a trouble ticket and they had responded that they are facing some problem in the server. But till date they did not rectify my problem. Now they are not recognizing my email ID. I had 8 $ in my account. I do not know what to do.
