1.I write the word and write down the next word's require: cake , next word must is a verb
2.the next people use the last letter E is the next word first: eat ,the next word is a animal
3.tiger, the next word is .......
........................................
let's go to play the game
sky, the next word is a color

Maybe I don't provide a simple explanation.
Just like you said one word and your require the next word.
The next people must use the word last letter at first constitute the new word and the word must in keeping with your require.
For example:
first person: red, the next word is a kind of the animal
second person: dog, the next word is a kind of the architectural style
third person: gothic, the next word is a kind of fruit
