What was the saddest and most painful thing that happened to you?

I know it's difficult to reminisce sad moments in our lives but I found out that time really heals and sharing them with others make it a lot easier.I'll begin therefore if any of you would want to share.There are a number of sad memories in my life but the foremost was the murder of my dad when I was 5 years old.Up to now I remember it but time has healed all wounds.

Oh I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. Mins is the loss of my Dad, and not knowing exactly what happened, I am so saddened by his not being able to see my son, GOSH he looks just like him! When we told my Dad I was pregnant... My he was so excited.. He passed away 3 months before my son was born. I really wish my father was here for that, and I am also saddened that the fact is my son will never experience what a wonderful person my Dad was, for himself I mean... Oh man.. you made me cry! Oh shucks LOL TY for letting me share

Thank you! I share your misery.I do not have kids yet but I have nieces and they never had the chance to have a wonderful grandfather.I had 5 beautiful years with my Dad before he was taken away from us and those 5 years will always be my most treasured time even though I was too young to understand life then.Tears are good don't worry.Thank you for sharing!!!

Ty , and I am truly sorry... You know 5 years is a blessing, My husband was only 1 year old when his father passed.
Share phots, tell stories of your Dad, even if you cannot remember.. have someone share with you and pass the stories on!

Thank you!I cannot complain because they were 5 beautiful years indeed.My mom lost her mother when she was just 7 months and her father was murdered as well on her 26th birthday so all the more I cannot complain.There's always a reason for everything and trials that will not break us will make us stronger.Pls accept my friendship.Take care!
