Many people don't know how to keep their computer running smooth. Everyday they are messed up with some program.
For smooth running of your computer, 1st of all you need to protect it from maleware and virus. Never open any E-mail from anyone you dont know. Most of virus travell through emails. Always use any light and effective Antivirus. For malware best tool is Windows defender.
Avoide installing too much and softwares you dont need. Installation of softwares makes your computer registory heavy and makes it slow. Install only that software you need.
Use of registry cleaning software is also a good idea to remove umwanted entries from computer registory.
Use Disk defragment at least twice a week. It will make your computer speed better.

i am agree with nanciem anyone who don't know much about registry should not mess with it. Registry Cleaner are programs which cleans the windows registry which are not used. Registry Cleaner is not always right. if you deleted some registry which is required by windows then your operating system will crash and it will restore registry to its original state and then you have to install all programs again. so please use Registry Cleaner only if you know what you are deleting from your registry otherwise it will better for you to don't use Registry Cleaner.
i agree Disk Defragmentation will improve the speed of your computer but Disk defregmentation has its own disadvantages. i do not use defragmentation to speed up my system. There are other ways to improve the speed of system. why to use disk deframgmentaion.

Hi I agree, I just get a little concerned with your advice on the Registry cleaner, alot of users may not be familiar with the registry, I clean mine manually. Users can do alot of harm to their systems if they do not know what they are removing from the registry with such a cleaner.
It's best to get educated with the Windows Registry before attempting any such "cleaning", if you do use a cleaner.. ALWAYS make a backup copy of your registry!
