Do you ever collect/keep old copies of catalogues?

I will be suprised if anyone actually answered this discussion becuase i'm sure i must be the only person who botheres to keep my old copies of certain product catalogues. I keep copies all my old Lush 'Times' (the newspaper style product catalogue they produce several times a year) becuase that compay is often discntinuing products and i like to look at what is no longer available, it also helps me keep track of price increases too. I also keep the Boots (popular uk pharmacy store) Christmas catalogue each year to see their changing range of x-mas gifts. I guess that sounds pretty sad of me? Oh well, i hold my hands up and admit it!

Hi Hezoid, I think some people just collect things from what they are interested in. I collect fountain pen catalogs. There are some pens I just cannot afford and at least in the years to come, I can have a photo of the pen. I don't think there is anything wrong with collecting at all, as long as you have space to store them. Like one poster wrote, sometimes they can be worth something and you can sell them. You never know. I would say keep collecting!

Well, I collect some old copies of a skincare brand. They mail me catalogues every month and I tend to keep them because I'd love to compare their promotions and products and see if anything worth buying later.

I used to keep old catalogues and magazines for ages, but then they started to clutter the place up. I had a massive clear out and got rid of the whole lot and now when I get them and they run out or I have finished with them I just get rid of them.
