I prefer pork ribs as I can lay waste to them fairly quick. Beef ribs make me have urges to throw the bones for distance. Perhaps it's because the bones seem more like big sticks after I have stripped them clean of their precious treats. How bout ya'll?

any vegetable fits to the soup like carrots, potato, and chinise pechay or any leafy vegetable and then put beef cubes from maggie or knorr to make it more yummmy

I have never had beef ribs. I have always gotten pork ribs. I have been told by several people though the pork ribs are much better than beef ribs. Based on the responses you have gotten so far, I guess a lot of people feel that way.

Beef ribs are big. And from the places that I have eaten them at, there is not a good meat to bone ratio as with pork ribs. I thought it would be the other way around but not so far.

I like pork ribs better than I do beef ribs. I think pork has a better taste to it when it is covered in bbq sauce. I also like bbq pork sandwhiches better than I do bbq beef sandwhiches.

I am a fan of ribs. I love barbecued spare ribs. Ribs are also good with a rub on them. I like pork ribs the best. I think they are super delicious. i would not turn down any ribs however. I am a big rib fan. I like them all very much.

Regardless of whether it's ribs or anything else, it's pork for me. Not that I don't like beef, mind you, but given the choice I'll take pork. :)

Yea, pork ribs are hard to beat. This might be a landslide. Thanks for sharing.
