Slumbering sites

I've noticed that there are several sites that I'm a member of which have very little going on at the moment. When a site goes into slumber mode, it's often a prelude to their upcoming demise...but sometimes a site does wake up and go back to being just as good as it ever was. Do you stop using a site that seems to be inactive or do you keep using it in the hope that it will one day revive? I tend to keep using them to a small extent, if only because I hate giving up on sites, but in my experience it's usually very bad news when sites go inactive. Let's also use this discussion to post about sites that seem to be inactive or running slow; maybe someone with more information on the sites can update us on their current status. Here are a few sites I'm wondering about: Honeybeeclicks, Race4clicks, Gotbux (went from being a bux site to a cheap ads site with a low payout, but few ads), and Bux365...does anyone know what's going on with these PTCs?

I was part of ZetBux but they are having billing issues and got their site shut down.
