Yeah, sure, I can show you how to create a database with SQL. MySQL may be the easiest choice for you since it's pretty much ubiquitous. First things first, you can either decide to set up a web server on your computer (this is the preferred method, as it makes testing a lot easier) or you can try to nab free PHP+MySQL hosting (this is a bit harder). If you want the former and have a Windows computer, you can download either WAMP (http://www.en.wampserver.com/) or XAMPP (http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html). Both of contain installations of Apache, PHP, and MySQL bundled together. Once you've got either installed (I have WAMP), type "localhost" into your browser and you should get a nice start page. WAMP should come with both phpMyAdmin and SQLiteManager installed. Which one you use is up to you. Let's say you use phpMyAdmin--creating databases is quite easy. Just follow the directions on screen (i.e., create database, create table) and you should be able to get one up and running in no time. Those are the basics.
