Yes but I think it's good for you to do that. It's a good tension reliever.

I think that a lot of the reasons for this is that you have so many things coming at you all day long every day. Sometimes the pressure just becomes so much and you lose it over soemthign that doesn't make any sense and doesn't seem like a good reason to cry. At least, thats my opinion on my personal life!
