blocked from google adsense for no reason

I am running a blogging site called http://www.nitesh123.blogspot.com from which I earn no money. So when the google ads was not appearing on the site, I checked my account was disabled and that an email was sent. But so far no email. Can anyone explain why. Can anyone also tell me site better than google adsense?
