Guys, anyone out there who uses a Weider Crossbow who can give me some pointers.

I have had a Weider Crossbow for awhile. I have finally found the motivation to get off of my*ss and start working out. Any guys out there who use this machine that can give me pointer on how to use the machine to achieve maximum results in a short period of time.
For example, should I only do one exercise for each body part at a time, so that I can change the exercise when my muscle growth begins to plateau?
Is it okay to do several chest exercises together if each one works a different part of the chest?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Would it be okay for me to strenght train for a hour three days a week on the crossbow, including leg workouts, and still jog for 1.5+ miles a day for five days a week?
