is bux4.net a scam ?

I joined there under someone then later on he told me it is a scam and to stop clicking. Can anyone confirm that bux4.net is indeed a scam ?

I don't think it is scam,now a days problems are their on their site,some times it is hacked and some times it not working.

yes and no see the site as of yesterday a message was posted. The message is saying that the sites uner new ownership and the new owner says payouts will now be instant. The new owner only found out after he bought the site that people were not paid by old owner and has attempted to contact him.
