is it true that older women prefer younger guys?

I never expected to fall in love who is older then my age. The more I know her the more I felt falling in love with her each days. Age is numbers nothing more then that. I have no problems with her it's learning together, facing life together. Accepting each other who you are and what you are.My gf did not expected that he will have a younger bf but she did. She was telling me how I think how I handle situation, and how I made her laugh.HAVE A NICE DAY!

This opinion is too general because every woman is an individual, just like every man is an individual. While there are women who prefer younger men, there are also women who prefer men in their general age group and women who prefer older men. It's a personal preference. I've always been attracted to men in my own age group because, while some younger men may be nice eye candy, we really have nothing in common and good relationships have to have some common ground to build on. I joked with my husband once that if he was dating his fantasy 21 year old hot blond and she told him that she loved Three Doors Down, he would be wondering who lived three doors down from her.

More and more, older women are seeking younger fellas [that is the case with myself and my friends]. I consider the reason is that younger guys have greater 'staying power', also that us women feel that we shall be able to persuade and influence the guys to 'take on board' our views and wishes.

I haven't heard that generalization before with regard to women, but I do know there are those who do prefer younger men. I am one of them. But, not for libido or stamina or anything like that - that doesn't matter to me at all. What matters is that I enjoy their company more, my brain is more stimulated, I have more fun, and I feel younger myself. I guess part of it might even be that I am slightly immature and their mindsets more closely match mine - I don't know for sure. But, I've always liked younger guys, even in high school. My mother laughs and says, what do you mean too young for you? You can raise them the way you want them this way! Of course, she was 7 years older than my father. My father's sister is 10 years older than her husband. The guy I go around with is 19 1/2 years younger than me. It's more just what works for me than anything. But, I'm sure there are those whose focus is libido. I'm definitely not one of them. That's just not important to me.

The reason why women prefer single men because younger men are more fresh and interesting. They are stronger too and reminds her so much of her youth. If she is with younger men she feels young too.

Hi, some of them for sure do that, but is not always so, depens of situations and wich kind of stories this women had, for suere after a long boring relationship an "old" women looks for something new, younger und funnyer but I can understand them very well Nun

i think its 50/50. most women i know in my age group (around 60yrs) including myself, prefer men in their own age or older. or it could be how old your refering to,because in my 40's i was known to always be with younger men.
