What are simple ways to remove toxicity from body

I use chinese antilipemic tea. I tried it and found it is the best for body and mind. It has six tea herbs in it. Try it someday.

Balozi, do these tea contain caffaine, are they health products. I know very little about antilipemic tea. what is it made of, please? If this tea is not made of tea leaf than why is it called tea? Please and thanks for increasing my knowledge in this regard.

Actually tea has nicotine. Tea is not a descriptive term for either caffeine or nicotine. The Tianshi tea (chinese herbal tea) is made of 5 selected famous herbal teas. These are Green tea, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Follium nelubinis, radix polygonin muliforum, hos buddijae and semen cassiae. The combination diminishes your fear for either nicotine or caffeine. By the way, it is a very good product. Yes it is.

Thanks for the tips. I have heard about another way i.e. drinking warm water with lemon squeezed in it. One should drink it in empty stomach early in the morning. Another Chinese theory says that one should drink 7 glasses of warm water in empty stomach, early in the morning. Both the techniques above remove the toxins from our body.

rup011, yes this is one of the best method to remove toxic from body. Following this is difficult for me. I normally drink normal temperature water every morning. I have met a man from Germany who is 76 and very healthy. He has not had water for last 46 year. He takes fruit juice only.

well,dear i think warm water with lemon is for losing weight.we in yoga remove toxins by drinking triphala powder in warm water early in the morning.once stomach is clean then we do kunjan kriya i.e.drink 1-2 glass of hot salty water then vomiting it.so that all pitta comes out & the whole system is clean.

Anita, thanks for giving such a great tip and advise. Kunjan kriya is sounds difficult as we have not been thought this kriya since our childhood. We have been thought that vomiting is a bad thing. Can we take triphala powder daily? If we are healthy, than taking triphala powder in warm water once is week enough. If you can please let me know. Thanks again Anita.
