I am sorry this happened to you but the only thing you can do now is find a new girl who will appreciate you and not be so bad to you. I totally agree. Give it time and don't let it stop you from living your life. Do your best to move on. The ordeal you're going through is totally understandable. The betrayal will mark its spot in you and the trust may not go back again. In time, try to at least forgive and let go of the hurt. You will most likely not forget it but if you forgave them, you can easily shun it aside and move on. You owe it to yourself. Take care.

I can understand the hurt. It is a betrayal of trust. I don't think there is much you can do. There is an old saying, that time heals all wounds. Give yourself some time. After you have moved on you may find forgiveness is easier.

I think you should forget about both of them. In my experience if someone cheats once they will have no problem doing it again. And if this guy was really your friend he would have been out with you girl. Just get rid of them both and don't look back, you'll be much happier for it.

i have fogotten who sad like this "the opposite of love is not hate,but forget",maybe you can't forget them in short times,but life is going ,everything changes at any time,sometimes give up is to own better !to be strong ,there's nothing !
