She changed a lot

My sister and I were very good friends before but I think she changed a lot. She is not the sweet girl I knew way back when we were still kids. Now that she grew up she doesn't want to be teach by the adults. She wants to go out of her limb and do the things that she want. She joined a fraternity and of course she had my parents consent it was good. But I think her friends changed her. She is now a smoker, a drunkard and her grades weren't good at all. What advice can I give her?
