I was wondering if anybody adds Italian dressing to Rotinis or other types of pasta in your cooking.

Sure! They even have box pastas from Kraft that ask for that when you put it together. It is tasty on cold pasta salad. Makes for a good picnic food as well. I just have to be careful not to add too much.

That sounds really delicious. I just though I would get some ideas from some of the other myLot friends here. I really like the idea of cold pasta once in a while.

Absolutely I do! Italian dressing is a very versatile thing in the kitchen. In addition to using it for pasta salad, I use it instead of eggs when I bread boneless chicken. It makes a great marinade for beef. I like to add some crushed hot pepper seeds for a little extra zing when marinating a roast beef. It will make a bottom of the round roast come out oh so tender and delicious!
