Wrinkles are a natural part of growing older, although one we all want to avoid for as long as possible. The earlier you start taking care of your skin, the more chances you have of keeping it younger-looking for a longer time without the need of plastic surgery or other invasive treatments.Take your vitamins. Antioxidants in particular will keep the skin young and supple, preventing overdrying and helping your skin get rid of toxins. Vitamins A, C and E are especially important, as are selenium and vitamin K.Keep yourself hydrated. Drinks lots of water and decaffeinated beverages. Caffeine dehydrates, so if you drink a lot of coffee, make sure you up your consumption of water to replace whatever the caffeine is taking from your body.Reduce stress. It causes the skin to wrinkle prematurely because it increases the levels of cortisol, the hormone that causes aging. Exercise, meditation and even spending time with loved ones can all help reduce stress and stop wrinkles.Stop smoking. People who smoke are not only more prone to wrinkles around the mouth, but also to aging sooner because of the toxins present in cigarettes. Start using moisturizer as part of your daily beauty routine. As soon as you notice deep wrinkles starting to form, invest on a good quality night cream to make sure you stop (or at least delay) the process as much as possible. Creams containing Vitamin E, alpha hydroxyl acids (AHAs) and Retinol or vitamin A.Get lots of sleep. Your skin regenerates at a much higher rate during REM (deep) sleep. Lack of sleep also makes you more prone to drinking more coffee and suffering more stress.

great tips! thanks you so much.
i don't smoke and i don't drink so much coffee and i drink a lot of water. so, i don't have much problem with that.
however, even if i have lots of vitamins in the cupboard, i usually am lazy drinking them. but i always put on moisturizing creams after taking a shower and before going to bed.

I'm too young to have wrinkles. My mother has a ew, and she likes to say that she has earned every single one of them. LOL
