I absolutely loved firefly. The only problem I had with the series was that it was so short. It also left a lot of unanswered questions. When the movie came out it answered most of the questions and I was hoping that it would restart the series. To bad it didn't. It was a great show.

That's a difficult question, there have been so many good SF series. I could give you a short list. Dr Who's got to be up there, obviously. Also Sliders, which was almost the American equivalent. I always loved Blake's 7. Babylon 5 was an instant classic. I liked the early 80's BBC adaptation of Day of the Triffids, and in similar vein I love the original Survivors. I couldn't give you a Numer One favourite show, it depends on what mood I'm in.

Star Trek, classic series, grew up with it when it was in syndication.
My first exposure to sci-fi, all other shows (Space 1999, Battlestar Galactica, Buck Rogers, etc.) were great too but none could compare to classic ST.

Star Trek (specifically The Next Generation and Voyager) are my absolute favorites. I also love Stargate SG-1 and enjoyed Andromeda for a while.
