I heard this quote today, and felt it was perfect with my picture.

Pansies are my mother's favorite flower. She said they mean "love" and that's why she loves them so much. Hubby and I had bought her a nice sized picture of pansies for their new house and she just loved it. Now who makes me happy? My better half does very much!

I'm with you on that one, it's my grandchildren that always bring a smile and light to my eyes. The youngest just turned 1, and the other is 5, they're both boys. Both of my daughters were here all day and brought their kids. What fun, and I sure was happy all day visiting and playing with them. Being a gramma is one of the most consistantly fun things I've ever had in my life. It was fun being a mom to little kids, but being a gramma is great...almost like getting a prize for getting older lol! As for your pansies, I have always loved those plants! They do look like they have little faces, and you just have to smile when you look at them.

I just love pansies as they are the cheerful flower.What makes nme happy,hearing birds sing smelling sweetfragrance of night blooming Jasmine, and orange trees, hearing laughter of children. I may bepartly house bound but my ears and mind are keen,and little things are sometimes the best.

They really do look happy. What makes me happy is everytime I walk into the house after work my daughters run up to me screaming daddys home and wrap me up. Theres no easier way to put a smile on my face than for my little girls to say I love you daddy.

I really like that quote. I wish I could draw upon memory to think of those sayings when I'm down or feeling kind of lonely. It would be nice to have that kind of thing to run through my mind for a quick pick me up. I'm glad to hear you got to be with your grandkids.
