Ok as most of us in the United States there is a big push to Go Green. Well fine I am for helping the environment. As long as no one is trying to force me to do anything.
Well I noticed something. Laundry soap and such are being concentrated so that the packaging is smaller. But while they do that more and more companies are coming out with single serv packages which are then put inside other packaging. Or those 100 Calorie packs also inside more packaging.
Well if we are to go green then these items must go. The country as a whole needs to grow up and learn to take resposibility for themselves. When my kids were small and going to public school; they had little containers for their snack foods. They brought them to school and back home. Reuse. No little packages to create more waste. We can self regulate. We used to know how. What happened to this country that we need companies to regulate our food intake?
Ok I'm off my soap box.... what do you think?

I am like you, I don't get how we can be eco friendly and buy those item. We don't. I do what you did for yourself. I do it for my self too lol. We don't even buy items with extra packaging or even paper towels anymore!

Of course you know it is a marketing ploy. They can sell much less product for a much higher price since they repackage it for us. Besides the extra packaging, there is the false image of dieting, because we eat those little packs. I have lots of little containers, and do not buy those 100 calorie packs. Unfortunately it shows up everywhere. I am with you on this one.
