If I were to tell, nothing can say who's lying or not. All I know is looks can be very deceiving. Furthermore, if somebody will fool me, shame on him. Karma will always be there at you.

Hi excellence!
A persons words alone is not reason enough to trust that person.
You need to put their actions into the mix, if that person backs up their words with their actions then they can be trusted.
But trusting anyone is a risk, but as you live you sometimes have to take this risk.
We live in a world where there are so many different types of people, and there will be times when we will be betrayed, but there also will be times when we come across trustworthy people.
Ultimitly we will have to decide if we want to take the risk.

I most certainly agree.
We will meet people that we instantly bond with, and some that we feel we have to put our gaurd up with.
But that's what living is about.

I like when you say that "we are living in a world where there are so many different types of people". This is well said. It sometimes depend on the types of people because there are som which cannot be trusted easily whereas others who can blindly be trusted. Do you agree friend?
Thanks for responding.

It is difficult to trust every body every time. Some people put on a false mask of trust on their facial appearance for fulfilling their selfish ends and trap innocent people. It is through repeated interactions and dealings, one can have a clear idea and understanding. The persons who are found highly committed, honest in dealing and words and have evidences of good character and integrity, need to be trusted.

Words alone are not enough to create trust, deeds also count. It takes some time before you decide weether a person is trustworthy or not. It can be better judged by moving with that person and watching his reactions to different situations. By that time, he may also be judging you! Therefore, only time and experience can decide about the trustworthyness or otherwise of a person.

But apart from trust and deeds, can time also help to know if someone is trustworthy or not?

Life is indeed about faith and trust. But the actual world nowadays has lowered the value of trust and faith. Everything has changed now. We must always aim at establishing relationship based on truth, trust and sincerity.

unfortunately, it should take more than sweet words to earn someone's trust. the assurance that one can be trusted increases over time. the more you experience a person's trustworthiness through his actions in various situations, the more you trust a person. but once a person breaks your trust, it would be very hard to trust him again.

I totally agree with you friend. Once trust is gone, everything is lost. Trust is really very precious. Thanks for responding.

Its extremely difficult to know and may take years to develop loyalty.
There is a saying, \
If you have a friend, keep him such,
Never let him know too much,
For if your friend becomes your foe,
The whole wide world your secret know.

We can`t ensure it. Neither with words nor actings. You can trust somebody in a special moment but if the person was worth it you just know in the end.
For me there are just two people I trust in general and that feeling came by the long time we know us.
