Do you take any vitamins or supplements before going to bed?

Vitamins - I take vitamin E before going to bed.

I have a habit of taking vitamin E before going to bed. I think that vitamin E really helps me to get a better sleep at night. I compare to the time of not taking anything before going to bed. And yes, it made quite a difference. I can tell that I don't have insomnia or some kind of sleeping trouble, but sometimes when I got so tired, the morning I wake up I feel somewhat weak or not fit for the activity of the day. But when I consume vitamin E the night before going to bed, I feel fresher, lots of energy for doing the day activities. Do you also have a habit consuming any vitamins or supplements? I always take cod liver oil supplements, because of my joints, I go to the gym 5 times a week and my joints take a lot of beating on the treadmill, bike and cross trainer and they need extra tlc, so I find cod liver oil ideal, I take them in capsules so there is no nasty aftertaste to them. I used to take Sanatogen Gold Multivitamins but I found they didn't make any difference and they worked out expensive so I just stick with the codliver oil. I eat a varied diet so get most of my vitamins through my food.

I don't, I try to get most of my vitamins from food not through supplements

I sure do. I have to take pre natals. If I take them at any other time, they make me sick all day. So I got in the habit quickly. Did the same thing with my daughter.

Im taking vitamin E, but i take mine after breakfast. And im taking it for skin and health care. But i would like to thank you jofeli bec. i will take mine now everynite to have a goodnite sleep.
