Rosacea

I have acne rosacea and its pretty embarrassing. Does anyone have any tips for managing it? Proactive seems to work really well for me.

I use metro gel 1%, prosacea gel, cetaphil cleanser and lotion. I use an SPF if I go outside. You really have to learn your triggers and watch your diet. It can be harder said then done, though.
