I had posted a discussion titled "yes or no to estrogen" but unfortunately, only one person answered. I was hoping, when I posted it, that I would get a good flow of replies with pros and cons for estrogen.
I was also hoping that MyLotters would post their experiences with estrogen alternatives.
Well I didn't get that, so I'm posting a new discussion in the hopes that some of you out there have had experience with estrogen alternatives like black cohosh, etc..
Have you tried Sam-E? Black cohosh? What worked for you? What didn't work?

Hi rowantree. I think that the best is isoflavone. It is natural, is from soy and doesn't have asides effects. Hormonal replacement is dangeous you know. But natural
estrogen from soy have security and can solve the problems from menopause. Also help to keep you away from uterus' cancer.
Cheers.

Thanks, I will have to check out soy. I don't have a uterus so that isn't an issue for me. Thanks again!

Hi Rowan its a shame you didn't get more responses on that as you need the advice but I have never heard of any of the ones you have mentioned in your discussion...as I did say though I wouldn't take estrogen because of the side effects bright blessings littleowl
