I am glad to say that i almost haven't except on one occasion i fell from bike and broke my front tooth a little, a slight flaw can still be seen now. Thanks to my dear father who always reminds me to brush teeth before bed since my early age, and never eat sour food before sleep.

if you don't , things will get worse. maybe you have a sweet tooth. avoid sour , freezing and too hot food, esp. sour ones.

I've had a tooth infection before...it was flat agonizing! Lying down made my jaw throb and I couldn't bite down on anything for a couple of days. Luckily, my dentist was able to clear it up with a round of antibiotics, but I still would have rather done without. Toothaches and infections probably wouldn't be so bad, except for the fact that they end up making everything else hurt; your ears, your head (that, in turn, makes you nauseated).

I am much better now, thank you! Definitely got my fingers crossed that it won't happen again! My roommate had suggested that I try using salt water seems to help some. I'm not sure why, but it did make me feel better.

I think I may have a tooth infection now. I have been looking online to see what I actually have and believe that I may be in need of a root canal ( ugh! ) I hate going to the dentist, but it looks like I have no choice for this problem. I take really good care of my teeth, so I don't understand how this has happened! I may have peridontal disease, but I am hoping that I am just being paranoid and this is not the case. Wah!
